Daniel Knight, the solo developer behind the breakout hit Phasmophobia, has launched Kinetic Publishing, a new label aimed at supporting creativity within the indie game scene. Knight’s ghost-hunting game took the gaming world by storm after its 2020 release, selling more than 25 million copies and helping to shape a genre all on its own. Now, with a Hollywood adaptation from Blumhouse Films underway, Knight is turning his attention toward backing other indie creators, hoping to nurture innovation and fresh ideas in the space that made his own success possible.
