Hytale’s out now and its devs are advising those suffering download issues or errors to keep plugging away

Hytale’s early access has just gone live, and as expected with such a heavily anticipated launch, some players are running into hiccups. While many have already jumped in, Hypixel’s team, led by co-founder Simon Collins-Laflamme, has been quick to address reports of stalled downloads and error messages.

The team had warned that launch day might be a bit rocky, considering the flood of eager players trying to get their hands on the Minecraft-inspired sandbox at once. Those predictions appear spot on, with bottlenecks affecting some users. Hypixel’s developers are asking patience and encourage anyone struggling to keep trying.

In a fresh update, Slikey, one of the devs, shared that they’re actively working on a patch to tackle bugs and crashes. They’re also investigating authentication issues, advising players to ensure their system time is properly synced. Interestingly, they’ve spotted reports that Nordic language settings might be causing additional problems for some users.

This launch definitely isn’t without its challenges, but the folks at Hypixel are already on the case, promising fixes to smooth the experience out in the coming days. If you’re still waiting to get in, it’s worth sticking with it as the team irons things out.
